Install instructions

Download the attached files, open up the .zip and double click 'ShiftAtMidnight.exe'.

 After launching, you might get notified that it's an unknown app and you should be wary. Press 'More Info',  and then 'Run Anyway'. - Or if you don't trust me then just delete the file I guess.

Genuinely I thought this game was going to be another lazy knockoff of the doppelganger/alternates genre but it is GOOD! It's creative and fun and really cool. You've got a lot of really good puzzle pieces here and I really hope you can bring them all together!

a great mix of supermarket sim, thats not my neighbor, and a relaxing fps game for that one dude just sitting in the woods waldo style i just wish i could move the trash bags to the side of the counter for ease of access mid shift for....incidents

Hi there! I loved the game and how it combines retail simulation with anomaly spotting. It definitely had me stressing when I messed up. I'll be on the lookout for the full release! (Also thank you for allowing us to use the Press Kit art because I panicked too much and couldn't get a still screenshot of the monster.)

Absolute BANGER of a game! If you enjoyed the doppelganger hunting games such as, That's Not My Neighbor and Quarantine Zone, you'll instantly fall in love with this game as well! Can't wait for the full release!
