as a person who doesn't really enjoy playing horrors, i loved this one! i don't have a lot to say (and tbh the main reason is my not high english level) but there i see a big potential in the game. thanks, author, waiting for new updates :3
this game has an amazing concept and a fun gameplay loop, its annoying not being able to drop trash bags unless you put them in the bin first but its not major.
the main issue i have is the entity, i encountered it on the second shift and honestly its unbearable, no offense but i really feel here needs to be more the player can do against it other than laying traps which dont do alot anyway other than slow it down which again isnt really useful.
I opened the .zip but I could not find the ShiftAtMidnight.exe, can someone please help I don't know if it's something with my computer or if im not looking in the correct place.
I love this game! it combines not my neighbor and supermarket simulator and it does it seamlessly , but i do wish there were more variety with the characters. I'm sure there will be in the full game which is why i will be looking forward to it! No matter the price, I am there!
For a demo this is amazing I cant wait for the full game what really shocked me was the size of the monster when you finally meet it lol, The art style of the game is PERFECT for its quirky feel, well played making the security Clyde our tutorial I need more asap!

This game is amazing, there's defiantly potential for sure and I cant wait to see it in full game with multiplayer. one of the doppelgangers was a great way of challenging the player on using their resources outside of normal questioning. EVERYONE WISHLIST THIS GAME!!!! (also does shooting the thing standing in the grass by the trash can do anything??)
great game, but there is one problem. if a box empties at the same time that a shelf is stocked, the shelf still gets marked despite it being full, and it does affect your rating
This was way more fun than I expected it to be. One of the doppelgangers was hard to spot but I like it that way. I can't wait for the full game. I can only imagine the experience we're gonna have when it comes out. I can see why this is as popular as it is. Keep up the good up.

That error means you're missing a file. Have you tried redownloading it? If you have, try dragging all of the contents of the folder onto your desktop, then opening ShiftAtMidnight.exe there.
This game was really awesome to play. I can't wait till the full game comes out. To see that this game will be multiplayer is going to be insane. Looking forward to the release.
The games good so far though the shelves seem to be bugged sometimes where you either can’t fill one or it doesn’t detect it’s full and I’ve had some trouble with cleaning of the store. I also think a good change for the monster would be to have it need to take certain amounts of damage to drop the thing it has so you have to actually interact with it instead of just hiding.
At first read I thought that this was going to be like That's not my neighbor but its much more! Game was a lot of fun and im waiting for the full game now!

Oh an idea you can think about is having "doppelganger supplies" that looks like the real thing, but does nothing to stop the entity. Keep up the good work.
This demo was great from start to finish. I enjoyed all it had to offer, there was always something that needed to be done and the spider was terrifying.
What a game really enjoyed every moment of player and recording it cant wait for the full game. The boarding and making sure u stay a silent as possible really bring an even more eerie factor to the game maybe having the spider check that vent once u have been spotted will make for even more chaotic moments
The multiplayer is really gonna give this game a major hit factor since the chaos that will come from that will make for unforgettable clips.
really really really cool game. i gen cannot wait for the full game, i loved the stocking, watching out for doppelgangers and spider chase aspect (even though i did feel the traps and boarding was useless, especially since id try boarding between the board room and storage room or the store's door, but the spider would immediately attack it without even going into the other room or get stuck in the traps at the very beginning).
i also really liked that i had to pay attention to what the characters had to say (that one guy got me lol), creative hope to see more of it!
the variety is so good, and i bet it will be so much more fun as a full game with friends. i also loved that weren't cheap jumpscares but the reliance on atmosphere and characters. my wallet is so ready to purchase the full game !!
This is was amazing! i love the mechanics of being able to board the doors and set bear traps which make it feel so much more eerie, especially using the eggs to get rid of the entity!
